Description: Head of our brigade de cuisine, which he leads with patience and meticulous attention to detail. Like an artist, he wows his diners with spectacular flavour combinations, satisfying the most varied palates with the pleasures of fine dining.

Fun fact: Gianluca is an expert maker of fresh pasta, and often uses it in his recipes.
