Totally revitalised in less than 48 hours!

On a Visit to Italy to see my family, we decided we would stay for two nights at this Hotel. We took a coach provided by SITA from ‘Piazzale Roma’ – which took about an hour and a half from Piazzale Roma to just outside this Hotel. I beleive the coaches run to and from this area on a daily basis, and this service also runs to Venice’s Marco Polo Airport.

We arrived in low Season, but there was still enough movement which meant the Hotel did not feel deserted. The breakfast was a buffet, and the lunch and dinner was lovely. There is also a salad and fruit buffet which you can have as well as your hot meal. If there was something on the menu you did not like, the waiting staff were more than happy to arrange a replacement, a steak or some cheese being some of our options. The food was plentiful and tasty. No bread however unless you asked for it, which in italy was a bit strange.

The rooms were clean and welcoming. Carpeting throughout, and there was airconditioning which we did not need to use, however I can imagine this will be more than needed during the summer months. There was also a nice balcony which can be used if required.

The two swimming pools were fantastic, and there is a twice weekly water gym class for guests to attend free of charge. The steam room (or Grotta) was excellent, and you really noticed the different in your skin after a few minutes use.

On Thursday’s, there is a plentiful evening meal by candlelight, followed by dancing and music.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay, this Hotel is ideal if you are wanting to relax and have some peace and quiet.
