Can you provide an online quote?
Obtaining a personalised quote is quick and easy, and requires zero commitment.
To access all of our prices and special offers, simply enter your intended arrival and departure dates, the number of adults and children in your party, and your board preferences in the “online booking” bar on our website.
Can I book online?
Booking direct on our website is simple and convenient. For real-time prices and availability information, simply enter the relevant information in the “online booking” bar. We guarantee you will find the best prices on our own website!
Why is it best to book on your own, official website rather than an other portal (e.g. booking.com, Expedia)?
Booking direct through our own site offers a number of extra benefits:
- Access to exclusive offers;
- 12 pm checkout (rather than 10 am);
- All prices already include the local tourism tax (€ 2 per person per night);
- Direct communication with our staff.
Why do prices vary from one day to the next?
Prices vary depending on the availability of rooms, so they will be affected by changes in demand. Normally, the earlier you book, the lower the price will be.
Do I need a credit card to book?
A credit card is required for every booking. Even with bookings where payment is not required up front, the card is used as a guarantee. Nothing is charged to the card if a cancellation is made within the agreed timeframe.
What are the payment and cancellation terms and conditions?
Payment and cancellation terms and conditions will vary from one offer to the next.
[Book early and save] [Pay now, but pay less] [Smart last minute]: Non-refundable offers, paid up front at the point of booking using a credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
[No worries]: Cancel your booking any time up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival without any charge: after this cut-off point, you will be charged for the first night.
How do I know that my booking has been confirmed?
At the end of the booking process, you will receive an automated email with a confirmation code and a list of the services included in your booking.
Can I make changes to an online booking?
You can modify or cancel your booking directly through our website. We will send you an email to confirm the change or cancellation. Our customer assistance service is available 24 hours a day in any case.
Do you offer a customer assistance service?
Of course. You can contact us for assistance with any issues using the chat function on our website, by email at email@example.com, or by phone on +39 049 866 98 00.
What cards do you accept?
American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, CartaSi, Carte Bleue, Maestro and JCG. We also accept PayPal payments.
Do you offer non-smoking rooms?
Yes. In fact, smoking is not permitted inside any of our rooms. Guests who wish to smoke may choose to book a room with a balcony.
Do you offer reduced prices for children?
The price, per night, for a child under the age of 2 is € 30, regardless of whether you require a cot/child’s bed.
To receive a personalised quote for a family stay, simply enter each child’s age in the relative section of the “online booking” bar on our website.
Do you admit pets?
We do allow guests to bring small pets by prior arrangement, and subject to availability of suitable accommodation. The cost is € 20 per night. Pets will not be admitted to the restaurant, bar, pool area, spa or treatment areas.
CHECK-IN / CHECK OUT
What time will my room be available?
Your room will be ready from 2.00 pm on your day of arrival.
As we can only guarantee access to your room from 2 o’clock, we recommend you do not arrive before midday (especially at weekends). You will receive your pool towel and bathrobe when you are shown to your room.
Can we have lunch at the restaurant on the day of arrival, even if our room is not ready?
Yes, of course. You will be welcome to enjoy a delicious meal prepared by our own chef before accessing your room.
What time do we have to leave our room on our day of departure?
If you made your booking with us directly through our website (www.termevenezia.it) or via one of our own operators, you will be asked to vacate your room by 12.00 pm. Guests who book through other channels are required to check-out by 10.00 am.
With our late check-out option (€ 30 per person, by prior arrangement and subject to availability), you may occupy your room up to 6 o’clock in the evening.
Can I still use the thermal pools and spa after I have checked out?
Guests may use the Spa Venezia and thermal pools after the check-out time on their day of departure by paying an additional fee of € 15 per person. Use of lockers and the changing area is free.
There are no additional costs for guests who have booked the “late check-out” option.
What services are included in the price?

Does the hotel offer parking?
We have two convenient and spacious on-site car parks. Access is from the main road, at the side of the hotel.
Is there somewhere I can leave my bags and luggage?
A convenient room is available next to reception for guests to store their luggage while they are waiting for their room to be ready on their day of arrival, or following check-out on their day of departure, for instance if they want to remain at the hotel for a few more hours, or take a stroll in Abano Terme.
Does the hotel have Wi-Fi?
Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. For access, guests can either register using a social media account, or by entering the following information in the registration form: name, surname, room number and personal email address.
What meals are available at the hotel?
Breakfast 7:15 – 10:15 | Lunch 12:30 – 1:45 | Dinner 7:30 – 8:45
Special menus are available on request for diners with coeliac disease or other dietary requirements.
Dress code: for the evening sitting, male diners are asked not to attend the restaurant in shorts, nor are flip-flops or similar pool shoes permitted. Guests may not access the breakfast area in their bathrobes.
Do you offer transfers to and from the airport, or to and from the railway station?
On request, we can organise transfers to and from Venice Airport.
Guests arriving at Padua and Terme Euganee by train can continue their journey by taxi from the station, or taking a “Colli” line bus.
Can I personalise my stay at the hotel?

Where and when should I book spa, health and beauty treatments?
For the most complete range of available times and services, we recommend reserving treatments when you book your stay.

Can children use the spa facilities?
With certain exceptions, children are welcome to use the thermal pools and relaxation areas, though please remember that a quiet environment is in the interests of everybody’s well-being.
Children are not able to access the sauna area, Turkish bath, mood showers or ice fountain, nor may they enter the thermal-vapour cave or the gym.

Spa Venezia 10 am to 7 pm
Gold relaxation room: 8 am to 7 pm
Thermal-vapour cave: 8 am to 7 pm
Fitness room: 8 am to 7 pm
Do I need to wear a swim cap to use the pool?
To ensure the quality of the water, users are required to put on a swim cap before entering the pool (swim caps can be purchased from reception or the life guard at a cost of € 3).
Can I invite guests who are not staying at the hotel to use the spa?
Entry to the pools is subject to the availability of spaces, even for guests who are redeeming gift vouchers. It is not possible to book access to the pools in advance. Children younger than 6 years old may not access the spa during the day.
Prices include access to the Thermal Spa, including the connecting indoor and outdoor thermal pools with hydro-massage jets, and entry to the “Spa Venezia”, with its Finnish sauna, Turkish bath (with thermal vapours), ice fountain, mood showers, thermal-vapour cave, Gold relaxation zone with Himalayan salt, and thermal aromatherapy garden.
